- The Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 15% per room per night. each room 2 persons are allowed in case of more than 2 persons extra person will be payable according to as per Hotel policy.
- Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs.After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
- All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by advance deposit 100%.
- Confirmed bookings must be amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival and avoid NO- SHOW (Paid amount is non-refundable only extendable upto 3 months). In case of no- show, 100% will be charged on agreed rates and taxes.
- A valid CNIC or Passport with valid Visa is must upon Check-in for all staying adult guests.
- Kindly deposit the Room Key at the Front Desk while leaving the hotel. Our Check-in time is 1400 hrs.
- The guest will be responsible for any damage done to the property.
- The hotel prohibits all food supplies from outside caterers as well as cooking in the Hotel room.
- Whispering Pines Management holds no responsibility for any loss of valuables & currency left in the room.
- Anyone found in possession of or taking any illegal substance will have their stay terminated and the matter will be reported to the Police without exception
- The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
